I am a Departmental Lecturer in Ethics at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Oxford and Hertford College, as well as a member of the Institute for Ethics in AI. Before joining Oxford, I was at Rutgers University-New Brunswick as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Center for Population-Level Bioethics.
I completed my PhD in Philosophy at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Arif Ahmed and Stephen John. During 2020-2021, I was the research assistant on the 'Rethinking the Ethics of Vaccination' project in the Department of History and Philosophy of Science at Cambridge. I was a Global Priorities Fellow at the Forethought Foundation, and in the summer of 2021 I took part in the Early Career Conference Programme hosted by the Global Priorities Institute. I was also a Secretary of the Moral Sciences Club, through 2020-2021. Before my PhD, I completed an MPhil in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. I also studied at the London School of Economics gaining a BSc Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method.
